How to Qualify
STEP 1 - Pre-Application Process
To get started with the pre-qualification process, click the link above for English or Spanish. Once completed, fax it to 772-562-8732 or drop it off at the main reception area of The Burnham Center, 4568 N. U.S. Highway 1, Vero Beach during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:30-5:00 p.m.
Habitat's Family Service staff will contact you afer your pre-qualification is approved.
STEP 2 - Attend Orientation
You must have completed the pre-screening application (Step 1), to have an orientation scheduled for you. Upon completion of the orientation, the Family Services Staff will review your current circumstances and pull your credit report. After credit review, you will receive a full application to complete.
STEP 3 - Complete Full Application (STEPS 1 & 2 REQUIRED FIRST)
Now that you have completed Steps 1 and 2, you will have the information necessary for approval.
When you return your completed application, Habitat will begin the final approval process. Incomplete application will delay processing.
