After many months of diligent work on the job site completing ‘sweat equity’ hours, the day Shawna has prayed for is finally here – her Home Dedication!

Shawna and Britton look forward to the stability, security, and privacy that their new home will provide them. Gone are the days of asking her landlord for permission to have guests over. Britton’s inability to play outside is a concern of the past.

This mother-daughter duo has much to look forward to, including the memories just waiting to be made as soon as they are handed the keys to unlock them.

Shawna has learned a lot about herself and homeownership through this process. From learning how to maintain a home to building a local family with fellow homebuyers who will soon be neighbors.
