Indian River Habitat will be working on newly constructed homes on single lots and the renovation of purchased foreclosure homes, bringing a positive aspect to today's challenging economy.
Current Build Locations
Fellsmere Area:
The beautiful Grace Meadows Community is located in the northwest region of Indian River County. Work began on Phase 1 in 2008 and today this community consists of 34 homes. Phase 2 of this lovely community has started and construction will continue until another 34 homes are built.
Gifford Area:
Located in the Gifford area, Indian River Habitat for Humanity is currently rehabbing existing Habitat homes in our Grace Grove and Grace Pines communities, making them available to future families in need.
Oslo Park Area:
The Oslo Park area in south Indian River County is the location of several Indian River Habitat homes, including the wonderful Waterside, Grace Woods and Grace Woods West communities.
