If you are renovating an entire home, office or just a room, Indian River Habitat for Humanity offers appliance and material removal. Old cabinets, door frames, flooring, and even major appliances can be expertly removed for you! Our team is trained in extracting items while leaving them intact and not damaging any surrounding items or fixtures. Following a remodel, leftover building and renovation materials can also be donated to the ReStore!


Besides home appliances and hardware, Habitat for Humanity can also pick up furniture and other household items. Everything from beds and couches to gently used dish sets and artwork can be picked up for free by our ReStore team!

Once removed, Habitat for Humanity transports donated items free of charge to our ReStore where they are resold. By donating these items you are helping to keep them out of a landfill and are also receiving a free removal and disposal service. Plus, you may be eligible to receive a tax-deductible donation receipt for the value of those items!

Most importantly, profits go directly to building new, affordable, energy efficient houses in Indian River County for qualified families in need. When you donate to or shop at the ReStore, you help to generate the revenue that builds 1 in 3 Habitat Homes!


The ReStore has hundreds of items to choose from if you are redecorating a home or office! From desks and bed frames to unique wall art and dining sets - new items come in every week. You may find sinks and cabinets for a bathroom remodel or a bunk bed and desks for a child’s bedroom makeover.

Besides donated items, the ReStore regularly receives brand new building supplies, appliances and more. Lucky shoppers are able to snag brand new products at a fraction of the price!


For Fixer Upper fanatics or those interested in DIY projects, the ReStore offers inspiration and supplies! Dressers sanded down and restained or chairs turned into planters, the possibilities are endless.
