Dave has 19 years of experience in various aspects of real estate, including property management, residential sales and marketing. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Business Management, including course work in Forestry and Engineering. Dave likes working for Habitat for Humanity because of the calling he felt during the process of exploring just what the mission is all about. He enjoys the variety of tasks he performs and the rewards of seeing happy homeowners. He also enjoys working in an environment where people can pray openly. Dave’s wife, Andrea, and pet, Cody, live in Sebastian, where they enjoy watching a variety of wildlife roam through their yard because they are very close to the Scrub Jay Preserve.
